With the winter weather upon us, we encourage you to sign up for our text alert system. Many of you may already use this messaging system with your 6 - 9th graders in LifeTeen. We plan on only using the system for cancellations or major changes to the schedule (ie: if drop off and pick up is at the church instead of the Parish Center) You can sign up for as many days as are appropriate for your family. Just text the code of your child's religious ed day/days to 81010. The codes are as follows: Monday = @HMCMon Tuesday 3:00pm = @HMC Tues300 Tuesday 4:30pm = @HMCTues430 Thursday = @HMCThur . Please be sure to include the @ symbol or you will get an error message.

The 6th and 7th Grade Edge class originally scheduled for January 24 has been cancelled.

Preparation for adults who are baptized Catholics and who have received their First Holy Communion but were never confirmed are scheduled to be held at Saint Mary’s on the following dates: Sunday, March 6 from 11 a.m. to noon Sunday, March 13 from 11 a.m. to noon Sunday, April 3 from 11 a.m. to noon Sunday, April 10 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Those interested must attend all four sessions. All confirmandi need a sponsor who must be a confirmed Catholic; often a godparent or someone in their life who is a witness to the faith. It is preferable that the sponsor not be a spouse or parent. Those attending these sessions will be confirmed by Bishop John Dooher on Sunday, April 17 at 1 p.m. at Saint Jerome’s, 236 Pleasant St, Weymouth, MA.
